Each Wacota humidor is handcrafted in our Madrid workshop. We use selected Spanish cedar wood panels, known for their natural ability to retain humidity and protect cigars against pests.

Our production process balances the precision of manual work with the support of high-tech machinery, ensuring perfect finishes and exceptional durability. Every stage —from gluing to final lacquering— is supervised by skilled artisans who work with great care, premium materials, and cutting-edge tools.

Humidification systems tailored to every need

We offer two humidification systems, depending on the user profile and specific requirements:

• Natural system: based on a sponge tray moistened with water that slowly releases humidity inside the humidor. It’s a low-maintenance, traditional solution.
• Electronic HR6 and Mini HR6 system: our in-house developed electronic humidification systems provide automatic and precise humidity control through sensors and active airflow. Ideal for demanding collectors and professional use.

Thanks to the double rear wall in our humidors, humid air circulates evenly inside. The air rises from the bottom-mounted humidifier, travels up through the rear chamber, and descends from the top, distributing moisture throughout the interior.
