Returns and Refund Policy

Custom-made products

All our humidors, display cabinets and walk-in humidors are made to order, handcrafted and customized according to the specifications agreed with each client, including dimensions, materials, finishes and technical configuration.

For this reason, returns or cancellations are not accepted once the manufacturing process has begun, in accordance with applicable regulations for custom-made products.

Exceptions: manufacturing defects or errors

We will offer repair, replacement or an appropriate solution only in the following cases:

  • Proven manufacturing defects.
  • Serious errors attributable to our production process.
  • Structural damage not caused by transport or improper use.

In such cases, the client must notify the issue in writing within a maximum of 48 hours from receipt of the product, including photographs and a detailed description of the issue.

Each case will be reviewed individually to determine the most appropriate solution.

Transport and shipping damage

All our products are carefully packed and fully insured for transport.

If the product arrives with visible damage caused during shipping:

  • The damage must be noted on the carrier’s delivery receipt.
  • The issue must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Claims related to transport damage reported after this period cannot be accepted.

Refunds

  • Refunds are not available for custom-made products.
  • In approved exceptional cases, the solution may consist of repair, partial or full replacement, or a refund, depending on the nature of the issue.
